What Do The Judges Look For?

In conjunction with all our industry sponsors we will provide during every day of the Baking Industry Trade Show helpful tips on producing quailty pies and pasties. The BAA make the judges available to talk to entrants and visitors about the competition and judging perfect pies and pasties. The BAA take pride in having some the most professional people in our industry to assist with this competition.

The judging starts from 10am each day in the Pie and Pastie competition area.
