The two National Winners will enjoy some great industry prizes, as well as while there are thousands of dollars of prizes on offer its very important to remember that our aim is to assist and educate pie makers around Australia our judges are here to assist and promote your business.
What Do The Judges Look For?
In conjunction with all our industry sponsors we will provide during every day of the Baking Industry Trade Show helpful tips on producing quality pies and pasties. The BAA make the judges available to talk to entrants and visitors about the competition and judging perfect pies and pasties. The BAA take pride in having some the most professional people in our industry to assist with this competition.
